Got some training this afternoon on taking over a new process. I’m kind of excited about it. I’ll be creating the buy reports for one of our key accounts. It looks like it is going to be a fairly time consuming process, but I’ll be working with individual titles again.
For the past year, I’ve been so far removed from the individual titles that we publish, and I have no clue what’s pubbing unless the title is on my bestsellers report. Now I’m going to be finding comp titles and making the suggested unit buys for this account. Should be interesting.
